Role Details

Role Title:
IGU Line Operator

The role of an IGU Line Operator involves the setup, operation & shut down of IGU line.

Monitor in feed buffers to achieve optimum capacity.

Manual operation of all equipment as required and preventative maintenance servicing.

Prepare glass as per customer requirements.

Carry out daily maintenance reporting faults on the IGU area to maintenance manager.

Provide early signals for line use with consumables.

Conduct operations to comply with AS4666 standards.

Knowledge on IGU operational procedures is not essential.

Must have experience in glass handling
