Role Title:
Technical Sales Representative / Senior Sales Representative

The role of the Technical Sales Representative is to seek new distributorship possibilities to assure exclusivity on projects.

Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers.

Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organising daily schedule to call on existing customers.

Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

Identify product improvement or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Knowledge on glass and glazing industry and products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with ability to meet sales target.

Strong awareness on company standards and brand image.
