A Maintenance Supervisor/Manager is responsible for maintaining plant equipment, delivering maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with all OH&S and legislative requirements and managing capital projects that are related to maintenance.
Plan and implement plant and equipment maintenance schedule.
Implement continuous improvement programs.
Manage a team of fitters and electricians.
Contribute to capital investment decisions.
Maintenance Supervisor/Manager must be able to drive reliability strategies and a preventative maintenance culture with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
