Role

• The role of a Glass Laminating Machine Operator is to set up and operate glass laminating equipment.

Duties

• Prepare glass before laminating.
  
  Follow the process in accordance with workplace procedures or industry practice.
  
  Move block & bulk glass sheets by mechanical means.
  
  Inspect hourly run samples to ensure conformity to quality assurance standards.
  
  Resolve operating problems and defects in manufacturing processes.
  

Requirements

• Glass handling/glass manufacturing experience is not essential.
  
  Licence to operate forklift and crane will be beneficial.
