Accounts Clerk

An Accounts Clerk will be responsible for putting together the financial transactions for management purposes.

The daily duties of the Accounts Clerk are to receive, record and prepare invoices and arrange payment for debtors or credits or both.
Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities such as debtors report, creditors report and general ledger reconciliation.
Perform credit vetting for new customers, set new customer accounts into the system.

Experience with certain accounting software programs and Microsoft office suite.

Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
