Role Title:
Workplace Trainer

This role involves training and assessment of staff across a range of roles in the business, as well as providing on-going support towards completion of individuals training goals.

The duties include conducting training in the workplace and off-site for individuals or groups.

Conduct training needs assessment and develop training matrix for employees and the organisation.

Documenting, recording and updating all training programs and outcomes.

As a workplace trainer in the glass industry, you will be required to have knowledge on glass and glazing requirements and Australian standards.

Must possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and be result driven.

Strong customer service and attention to details is essential.

Qualification in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and the qualifications being taught are mandatory.
