Role Details

Role Title:
Office Manager

Office managers organise and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.

An office managers duties involve but are not limited to developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management;
recording office expenditure and managing the budget;
organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.

Develop, modify and implement changes to office procedures and practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Prepare annual and other reports, forms, specifications, and specialised documents or statistical materials related to the functions of the department from drafts, notes, or brief instructions; proofreads typed materials and checks for accuracy and compliance with departmental policies.

Direct the establishment and maintenance of comprehensive technical and office files and electronic document management system.

Develop service level agreements to optimise work efficiency between other departments and also maintain project schedules of work assigned to various divisions.

Manage and lead the customer service team, administration team and work closely with sales and marketing team.

Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work well with other people and coordinate the actions of teams to achieve successful business outcomes.
Be able to influence the team positively; understand the importance of team functionality and interpersonal dynamics.
Advanced computer skills are essential for this role.
