The Training Manager is responsible for assessing the training needs of the organisation and designing training programs that facilitate professional development and continuous learning culture.
The Training Manager duties will be to:
Coordinates all aspects of the training and development function such as conducting training needs assessments, creating training matrix and facilitate the design and delivery of training and development programs.
Collaborate with internal personnel and external vendors to conduct training
Knowledge and experience in Glass and Glazing Industry is not essential but the Training Manager must have a Diploma or Degree in Learning and Development or similar field.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is required.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
